Not the only one with a song around here
It’s almost one o’clock in the morning, and there are birds singing outside. Maybe they are trying to forget what time it is, too. I am trying to finish writing a song that I’ve been working on for a few days now. I’ve got to finish it tonight. Almost there. Just couldn’t believe that I was hearing the birds sing in the middle of the night.

Feeding the caterpillar
This is the Caterpillar Park, at least that’s what we call it. Whenever we visit, the caterpillar has to get fed.

Exactly what I was thinking
While grocery shopping today, I decided to introduce Emily and Erica to PEZ dispensers. I flipped through the display, calling out the options, “Hello Kitty. Piglet. Snow White. Cinderella. The Little Mermaid.” They wanted some princesses, of course. They both chose The Little Mermaid. But when Erica got a closer look at hers, she said, “Can I have Snow White instead? That Little Mermaid looks funny to me.” Maybe it was the windblown hair.
